Bicycles can go over the speed limit

I was going 35 in a 25 only zone... on a bicycle.  Yeah....  I turned a corner on a downhill and saw a family of toddler girls riding in a golf cart (no I'm not making this up).  Like an idiot, I slammed the brakes and the bike went out of control.  Using most of my strength, I jerked it sideways so that I wouldn't fall over the handlebars.  I went flying sideways, hit my elbow on the pavement, bounced and rolled in midair.  I hit my hip when I came back down and skidded from there.  It was bloody, and it still is (I've gone through 3 bandages!), but I kept my mouth shut as the golf cart came over to me (the little girls didn't need to learn new vocabulary).  I rode with them and the girls were curious to see how I looked.  I tried to distract them by playing I Spy.  I guess one of them saw my elbow, because she started to cry.  I apologized and thanked for the ride.  We took a look at my elbow and as far as we can tell, it's not broken.  Here's a pic of my elbow.  I washed it up because it kept bleeding.  The funny thing is that it started oozing like crazy after I took the pic.

Just finished a 3.1 mile

Just finished a 3.1 mile hike in a 2 and a half hours. Would of liked to do it faster, but I had Jonah with me. Had fun.

Working on game

I downloaded some software so that I could edit the original Zelda game.  Pretty cool, but there's a  lot of html and binary code.  I'm okay with it, though.

Still Tired From the Weekend

I went biking all weekend long with Daniel.  Sunday night we had some kind of "angry mob meeting" with the church and a party with the youth.  We can truthfully say that we are completely and utterly tired.  I'm going to Track practice today, so I probably won't be able to finish all of my homework.  Organized sports are the best excuses.

Diseased leg bone

Shar called me at 5:45 AM  and told me what was up.  The doctors believe that she may have broken her leg doing something prior to track practice.  Thinking that it was probably just a bruise, Shar probably went on with her business without worrying.  Without any nourishment, the piece became diseased and painful as the other two pieces started to heal.  After strenuous activity at track, Shar fainted from the extreme pain she was forced into by the diseased piece.  They  cut out the diseased bone and are using a metal rod to help the two growing bones heal in the right shape.  The operation is very painful and expensive.  I researched the operation and it costs about $2,500.  Shar probably won't be able to do track again for 2 years. To the left of this is a picture of a similar fracture.  You can clearly see where the two smaller pieces are detached from the rest of the leg.  Shar would only have one full piece detached instead of two.  Ouch.

Finally got my phone back

Finally got my phone back from the nurses. I fractured my left leg, not known about it, and it became diseased. tell more later.

I hate VA Hospitals

Shar's in the hospital right now.  The day before yesterday, Shar texted me and Ali, saying that she was in the hospital.  Really starting to wish I could drive to VA.  Hospital probably wouldn't let me in.  I don't even know exactly why she's in the hospital.  Only that she fainted during track practice at her school and wouldn't wake up.  I'm guessing that it has something to do with her legs or one leg.  Waiting for more information.  Listening to Nickelback, "Never Gonna be Alone"  It's a load of bull, but it sounds good.

Valentine Hangover

I have a chocolate hangover from all the chocolate treats I received on Valentine's Day.  Not. I wish I did, but I guess you can't have everything.  In other news, I heard that Shar was hurt in an accident at the Track tryouts at her school.  Praying for her

I read Jinx's post and laughed.  Turns out that the way that he spelled it is correct.  Haven't gotten anything from anyone, so that's good.  I wasn't expecting anything anyways.  The vote to remove Drac Clan has come up as an unanimous "yes"  I will remove the Drac Clan link from the blog and the website as soon as I can.  The website will still be functional, it just won't be regulated by D.R.A.C.  In other news, Ali Starl won the award for "The Only Freak'n Person who Got 'A' Honor Roll for the First Semester"  Good Job, Ali.

I told you guys that I would do a post on the computer as soon as I could get onto it and I did!  Other than that perk, my day has been going down the drain ever since I woke up.  Literally.  I woke up and tripped.  Laugh all you want, but it seriously hurt.  After that, I got a F on my Geometry test, tripped again in the hall and other stuff I don't feel like mentioning.  Someone email me with something good to say.  I found a picture that describes me perfectly right now:
