Rules for D.R.A.C. Academy

You know those rules for school that you have to follow? (dress code, no fighting, letting chickens out in school for a senior prank).  I thought I would make rules for D.R.A.C. Academy to set the mood.

• Alcoholic substances are not allowed in the library, courtyard, or infernia clan dormitories (for obvious reasons)
• Tobacco substances are not allowed  inside of the academy.  Ash trays are located in the inner courtyard.
• Capricorns, horses (of any shape), gryphons, chimeras, opinicus, and other such beings are not allowed in the lunch room and the halls.  There is a stable in the west wing of the academy.
• Fighting using powers is to be resigned to the gym and the Purpose room.  Fighting in the halls or lunch room will result in a full day of detention.
• There are no separate dorm rooms for genders; instead, much like a hotel, there are specific rooms that are meant to hold one or two people in each.  Dracians of opposite sexes are allowed to share a room as long as each dracian is (obviously) of the same clan and retains an "A" average.  Bonds (excluding horse bonds) are allowed to (and encouraged to) share the same room as you. (There are not unlimited rooms in which D.R.A.C. can spare for every bond).
• PDA's (Public Displays of Affection) are to be kept between dracians of the same clan (or between dracians and bonds) and to be used in consideration of others around you.
• Bonds are to be kept clean and in control.  Any acts of disobedience from a bond will result it being kept in detention for 3 full days.  Despite this, bonds may hold the same classes and volunteer jobs as dracians.
• The leader of your clan is in control and should be regarded with the same respect you would give to a teacher.  Your leader can assign you to the Purpose room for a week and/or a full day in detention.
• Guard positions last for a week and occur in shifts of two hours.  Extra credit will be given for signing up for these positions.  To sign up for a shift, please go to the main office.
• Mind control of other dracians for devious reasons is not tolerated and will result in immediate Purpose room reform for a week.
• The call to battle is never a drill.  Do not fail to report to your clan and assemble in battle positions.
• Please do not set off foul smelling bombs in the restrooms.
•  The internet in the library has been closed off for those that haven't swore an oath to never inform humans of the existence of dracians.  To swear an oath, please go to the main office.
• Free time occurs from 6:00 pm to 7:00am for day classes and 7:00am to 6:00pm for night classes.
• For dracians that have sworn an oath of secrecy, they may use vacation time to venture outside and visit other places of this world.  The swear an oath, please go to the main office.
• Dracians live for thousands of years.  From the time that you hit the age of thirteen, you are a full fledged adult and therefore, will receive all of the responsibilities and benefits of a full fledged adult.  Please use common sense when interacting with other dracians.
